SCHOLARSHIP TRUST

William E. and Theresa M. Rubert Memorial Scholarship
Trust is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which began
in 1989. The Trust provides scholarship money for
financially needy and academically qualified persons who
wish to attend Drexel
University, College of Nursing and Health Professionals as
full-time BSN Co-op Pre-Junior, Junior and Senior students only. It also sponsors lectures and/or
symposiums in the field of human nursing and/or human
medicine to present new and novel advances in the fields
of nursing and medicine. These activities have included a
convocation with Dr. C. Everett Koop, Surgeon General of
the United States, and the first "web" cast by
the School of Nursing. More than 37 scholarships have been awarded to-date having a value of over one-half million dollars. Individual scholarships may vary, but students are generally awarded $10,000/year for tuition, fees, and housing. All scholarships are for BSN Co-op Pre-Junior, Junior, and Senior students only. |
